Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Canva.
- Design pixel-perfect, visually appealing interfaces using Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Canva.
- Optimize user journeys for intuitive navigation and seamless interaction.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and marketing teams to ensure design implementation.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides using Figma.
- Continuously monitor and improve user experience based on product performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Design Tools: Proficient in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and/or InVision for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
- UI/UX Knowledge: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design principles.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex design problems and come up with creative, practical solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in design execution and user flows.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present ideas clearly.
