Cogent Labs is looking for a UI/UX Designer for its Lahore office (onsite).

Must-Have

• 2-3 years of UI/UX design experience
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Portfolio with clear story telling case studies (problem > process > craft > outcome)
• Evidence of research literacy (secondary research and moodboarding)
• Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Loom, Slack, ChatGPT, Figma Make, Lovable, V0, etc
   

Soft Skills

• Comfortable in giving and receiving feedback
   

Good To Have

• Ability to provide suitable context and prompts and use AI tools to speed up the process
