Ui/ux Designer

FTSITS LLC is a fast-growing software & AI solutions studio headquartered in Dubai, serving clients across the GCC, UK, and US. We’re looking for a junior-to-mid-level UI Designer who can turn wireframes and ideas into polished, delightful interfaces, entirely from wherever you work best.

What you’ll do

• Transform product requirements into high-fidelity web & mobile UI using Figma (or Adobe XD).
• Build interactive prototypes and reusable design-system components for our dev team.
• Collaborate daily with UX strategists, frontend engineers, and marketing via Slack & Zoom.
• Iterate quickly on feedback, run visual A/B experiments, and hand off pixel-perfect assets.
• Perform visual QA on staging builds to catch spacing, colour, and typography issues.

What you bring

• 1–2 years of professional UI design experience (agency or in-house).
• A portfolio showcasing clean layouts, responsive thinking, and at least one shipped project.
• Fluency in Figma (Auto-Layout, Variants) or Adobe XD; familiarity with design tokens.
• Solid grasp of UX fundamentals—user flows, accessibility, mobile-first design.
• Bonus points for motion/interaction chops (After Effects, Lottie) or basic HTML/CSS.
