Sync Scrum is actively seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team in Lahore. This is an exciting opportunity for a design professional who is passionate about creating intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for translating user requirements into visually appealing and user-friendly designs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing teams to bring design concepts to life. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates user-centric design thinking, proficiency in industry-standard design tools, and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to gather insights

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides

• Optimize existing user interface designs based on feedback and user behavior

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design software

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approach

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule:

• Days: Monday to Friday

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
