Description:
Sync Scrum is actively seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team in Lahore. This is an exciting opportunity for a design professional who is passionate about creating intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for translating user requirements into visually appealing and user-friendly designs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing teams to bring design concepts to life. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates user-centric design thinking, proficiency in industry-standard design tools, and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to gather insights
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides
Optimize existing user interface designs based on feedback and user behavior
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
Required Skills:
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design software
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approach
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule:
Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
