Key Responsibilities
• Deliver planned training sessions aligned with Organizational Development (OD) goals
• Communicate training content clearly, confidently, and professionally
• Ensure active participation and engagement during training sessions
• Address trainee queries and provide appropriate guidance
• Adhere to approved training materials, plans, and schedules
• Share training feedback and completion reports with the HR & OD Manager

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree (Organizational Psychology preferred)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Professional attitude with confidence in training delivery
• Content and media development capabilities
• Ability to engage employees across diverse departments
• 0–1 year of training or workshop experience (preferred)
