Trainee Video Noc Engineer

Description:

We're seeking a Trainee Video NOC Engineer for our 24x7 Broadcast Video Operations Support Group. This role involves supporting, troubleshooting, and managing video services over Coax and IP networks.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support video infrastructure and services.
• Communicate troubleshooting and repair updates to ensure continuous video service.
• Maintain and create documentation for video networks (IRDs, Encoders, etc.).
• Contribute to network design and architecture.
• Install and configure software/hardware as per SOPs.
• Work with vendors on new solutions and installations.
• Travel domestically for site maintenance and deployment.
• Resolve technical issues in a 24x7 environment.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
• Fresh to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP Networks and RF Engineering.
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools and protocols (SNMP).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
