Trainee Engineer Automation & Plc

Softech Industrial Solution is a rapidly growing industrial automation and electrical solutions company working across all the sectors. We are looking for a motivated and technically enthusiastic Trainee Engineer – Automation & PLC to join our engineering team.

This role is ideal for fresh Electrical Engineering graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience who want to build a strong career in industrial automation.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in PLC programming, testing, and troubleshooting under senior engineer supervision
• Support installation, commissioning, and startup of automation systems at industrial sites
• Work with VFDs, sensors, control panels, and field instruments
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and reports
• Participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT)
• Provide on-site and remote technical support during project execution
• Follow safety, quality, and company engineering standards

🎓 Requirements

• BSc / BE Electrical Engineering from a reputed university
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in automation or related fields
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens, Schneider, Allen Bradley, INOVANCE – any is a plus)
• Understanding of industrial control systems, VFDs, and electrical panels
• Willingness to travel to industrial sites when required
• Strong learning attitude, problem-solving skills, and teamwork mindset
