Job Title: Telesales Executive – Airbnb Co-Hosting Services

 

Location: Remote 

Job Type:  Part-time

Compensation: Base + Commission (Performance-Based)

 

About Us:

We are a growing Airbnb co-hosting agency that partners with property owners to help them maximize their rental income with minimal effort. We offer full-service Airbnb management including listing creation, guest communication, cleaning, maintenance, pricing optimization, and more. We're looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to help us grow our client base through outbound sales.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Conduct outbound calls to property owners and landlords using skip-traced data from long-term rental platforms like Zillow, Craigslist, etc.

 

Introduce our Airbnb co-hosting services and explain the benefits of short-term rental management.

 

Qualify leads and identify property owners who are a good fit for our services.

 

Schedule consultations or demos for interested leads with the sales or onboarding team.

 

Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.

 

Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes using CRM software.

 

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

 

 

Requirements:

 

Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or outbound sales (experience in real estate or property management is a plus).

 

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

 

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.

 

Familiarity with Airbnb and/or short-term rental industry is preferred.

 

Comfortable using CRM tools and making high call volumes daily.

 

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
