We’re Hiring Technical Support Engineer (On-Site, Karachi)
CronySoft – a leading IT solutions provider with 20+ years of expertise in Retail/Wholesale Distribution software – is expanding team!
Shifts: Timings (4PM–1AM, 7PM–4AM, or 1AM–10AM | 5 days/week)
You’ll:
✅ Troubleshoot software/hardware issues & resolve client queries via phone/email/chat.
✅ Diagnose root causes, escalate complex issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
✅ Maintain stellar client relationships with fluent English communication.
We need:
• Strong problem-solving & customer service skills.
