Technical Service Trainee

Description:

The Technical Service Trainee - Textile is responsible for visiting and providing technical support to industrial/textile customers and he will also be responsible for market intelligence and compiling data for Business Development team.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct on site visits an and provide technical support to customers and maintain detailed record of customer interaction, trials, and issue.
• Report technical findings, opportunities, and challenges to management.
• Prepare technical reports and share results with internal team.
• Provide technical feedback from field for formulation improvement
• Share market and customer insight to support product and business strategy.
• Segment support through analysis of Competitor samples, complaint samples, special samples etc.
• Candidate is developing new products along with other team members Segment, R & T and other cross functions.

Qualified Candidates Will Have

• Qualification: Bachelors, Textile
• Fresh/ one year experience
• Knowledge of Industrial business
• Aptitude for analytical work
• Result oriented team player
• Computer literacy
