Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Sales Engineer to support our sales team in managing client inquiries, preparing technical proposals, and developing long-term customer relationships. This role involves coordination with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior sales engineers in preparing technical and commercial offers based on customer requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain client communications.
- Understand and promote Hannibal's product portfolio, especially industrial battery chargers and UPS systems.
- Work with the engineering team to customize solutions as per client specifications.
- Prepare quotations, datasheets, and tender documents.
- Support order processing and ensure timely updates to clients.
- Participate in client meetings, online or in-person, and prepare meeting summaries.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Power Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in power systems or industrial electronics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical documents and client specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus.
