Description:
We are growing our Automation & Drives team and looking for a technically sharp, commercially driven Sales Engineer to own our Karachi/Sindh territory.
What You'll Do
- Build and deepen relationships with engineering and procurement teams across O&G, Cement, Textile, Steel, Chemical, F&B, Fertilizer, Sugar, and Power Generation
- Develop a channel network of panel builders, EPCs, consultants, and contractors
- Technically select, size, and present VFDs, motors, and automation solutions tailored to customer needs
- Grow the client base, forecast volumes, and consistently hit commercial targets
- Coordinate with principal technical teams and stay ahead of product developments
- Track market trends and competitor activity to sharpen KB's go-to-market strategy
What We're Looking For
- Diploma, B.E. / B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 0–3 years of experience in LV/MV VFDs, motors, or industrial automation
- Existing industry network in Karachi/Sindh is a strong plus
- Strong technical selection and troubleshooting ability
- Confident communicator in English and Urdu
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, B2B sales mindset
