Technical Recruiter Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in technical recruitment and gain hands-on experience in hiring for technology roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements.
• Assist in preparing and posting job advertisements.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the HR team in daily recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of technical roles and IT terminology.
• Good sourcing and research skills.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
