Job Description
The Digi Tech Resource Group, a growing US-based software house, is seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, and hiring professionals across technical and non-technical departments including Software Development, Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Design, and Project Management.

Key Responsibilities
⬇ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles
⬇ Source candidates through LinkedIn, Rozee, Indeed, job boards, social media, and professional networks
⬇ Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
⬇ Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring managers
⬇ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
⬇ Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
⬇ Maintain recruitment records, databases, and hiring reports
⬇ Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities
⬇ Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

⬇ Proven experience in Technical Recruitment, IT Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
⬇ Strong understanding of Software Development, Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Design roles
⬇ Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Rozee, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
⬇ Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills
⬇ Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
⬇ Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications
⬇ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
⬇ 2–3 years of recruitment experience in a Software House, IT Company, or Call Center
⬇ Experience hiring for technical positions is highly preferred
⬇ HR certifications will be considered a plus
