COLAB PK is seeking an experienced and driven Technical Recruiter to join its growing remote team. This position is ideal for Karachi-based professionals who are passionate about connecting top talent with dynamic roles in IT, sales, and digital marketing domains. The role demands an individual who can work independently, communicate effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and engage candidates for roles in tech, sales, and digital marketing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and corporate positions

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements

• Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain a database of talent

• Utilize various platforms and tools to attract the right candidates

• Provide excellent candidate experience and maintain timely communication

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant recruitment experience

• Proven success in hiring across IT, Sales, and Digital Marketing verticals

• Exceptional sourcing and screening skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to work during evening hours (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT)

Work Details:

• Shift: Evening (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT)

• Work Type: Remote (only for Karachi-based candidates)
