Technical Recruiter

 

Description:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our HR team at Infostack Tech. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and hiring technical talent, especially in the Staff Augmentation and B2B hiring domain. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building candidate pipelines, and ensuring we onboard top-tier engineering and IT professionals for both internal and external clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles under the staff augmentation and B2B hiring model
  • Source and attract potential candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment platforms
  • Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for quick turnarounds
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal or external technical teams
  • Collaborate with department heads and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Maintain and update candidate database regularly
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Stay updated with trends in IT hiring and staff augmentation practices

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of proven experience as a technical recruiter in the IT industry
  • Solid understanding of staff augmentation and B2B hiring models
  • Strong network of LinkedIn connections and a meaningful candidate pool
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working evening shifts (3 PM – 12 AM)
