Description:
We’re currently looking for a Technical Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience managing full-cycle web and mobile development projects, ideally in a client-facing role with international exposure.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end web and mobile application projects across multiple tech stacks (WordPress, Laravel, Flutter, etc.)
- Define project scope, create FSDs/BRDs, and convert client requirements into clear, actionable development tasks
- Plan sprints, assign tasks, and monitor progress using Trello, Jira, or Asana
- Coordinate across design (Figma), development, and QA teams to ensure delivery meets both technical and UX standards
- Host client meetings (Zoom/Google Meet) for requirement gathering, demos, and weekly updates
- Oversee UAT, perform QA checks, and validate deliverables before production deployment
- Maintain documentation, manage scope changes, and flag technical risks proactively
- Collaborate with DevOps or engineers on deployments and environment management when needed
🧠Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Technical or Software Project Manager
- In-depth understanding of project lifecycle for both CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, etc.) and custom stacks (PHP, Laravel, React, Flutter, etc.)
- Familiarity with version control (Git), staging workflows, responsive design principles, and API integrations
- Strong command over Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern PM tools (Trello, Jira, Slack, Asana, Notion, Figma)
- Ability to analyze technical feasibility and collaborate with developers on task estimation
- Excellent client communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
