Technical Pre-sales Intern

 

Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Technical Pre-Sales Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for students in their last semester or fresh graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in the tech sales domain. As a Technical Pre-Sales Intern, you will support the pre-sales process by understanding client requirements, presenting solutions, and collaborating with technical and sales teams to deliver value-driven proposals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities

Support the sales team in preparing technical presentations and product demonstrations

Collaborate with the technical team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions

Participate in client meetings, gather feedback, and assist in follow-up communications

Maintain documentation of client interactions, proposals, and solution designs

Help prepare technical documentation and sales collateral

Contribute to proposal writing, RFP responses, and pitch decks

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project alignment

 

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final semester) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

Strong interest in technology, sales, and client engagement

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business-friendly language

Basic knowledge of software solutions, cloud platforms, or IT infrastructure is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
