To strengthen our service operations in Karachi, we are looking for a skilled Technical Engineer who can deliver excellent technical assistance to our clients — both remotely and on-site.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Handle all customer queries and technical issues over the phone, via email, and through site visits when needed.
✅ Provide professional technical support for solar batteries, inverters, and energy storage systems.
✅ Visit clients on-site when required to troubleshoot, resolve, and follow up on technical problems.
✅ Ensure smooth coordination with the service center and warehouse for timely solutions.
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing clear, effective guidance and after-sales care.
✅ Manage daily tasks independently and report service updates to the management team.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2–3 years of relevant experience in a technical support or service engineer role — ideally in solar, batteries, or related energy products.
✔ Sound understanding of technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
✔ Excellent communication skills to handle client concerns professionally.
✔ A problem-solving mindset with a commitment to providing the best service possible.
✔ Willingness to travel within Karachi for client visits as needed.
✔ Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
