Technical Application Engineer

Description:

- Prepare HVAC system designs and equipment selections for Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, etc, based on project requirements.
- Conduct technical presentations, seminars, and workshops for consultants, developers, and industry professionals to promote TICA technology.
- Provide technical training to customers, service partners, and internal teams on TICA products and system applications.
- Support the sales team with detailed technical proposals, submittals, and equipment schedules.
- Coordinate with the engineering and factory teams for product configuration, customization, and technical validation.
- Build strong relationships with consultants and design firms to ensure TICA is specified in upcoming projects.
- Assist in pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and project handover guidance.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, HVAC technology developments, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Mechanical Engineering (HVAC specialization preferred).
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in HVAC design, application engineering, or technical sales (experience with Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs is mandatory).
- Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of psychrometrics, heat load calculation, and equipment selection,
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and HVAC selection software.
• Hands-on experience with Chiller and AHU design will be an advantage.
