Hello everyone,
I'm excited to share that we're growing our team at Loops Tech, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us. If you have at least one year of experience in recruitment and a knack for finding great people, this role might be the perfect fit for you.
This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of remote work and onsite collaboration at our office on PIA Road, Al-Rehman Center.
What You'll Do:
* Be a talent detective: Use your skills to source and attract top candidates from various platforms.
* Build connections: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from the initial outreach to closing the deal.
* Collaborate with the team: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft effective recruitment strategies.
* Create a great candidate experience: Ensure every person who interacts with us feels valued and informed.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dedicated talent acquisition or recruitment role.
* A proven ability to fill diverse positions successfully.
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with people.
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
* The ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
