Key Responsibilities:

•Administer and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, and Group Policy.

•Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance to ensure high availability.

•Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and security protocols.

•Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and support VMware environments.

•Lead projects, mentor junior team members, and maintain detailed documentation of processes.

Qualifications:

•5+ years of Windows systems administration (2+ years in a senior role).

•Expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.

•Proficient in PowerShell.

•Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

•Certifications (preferred): MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA Security+.
