> Muti-vendor support for our SLA customers.

> Hands on Knowledge of hardware configurations-IBM, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Fujitsu, Huawei Sun Oracle Servers.

> Hands on Knowledge of hardware configurations-IBM, HPE, Dell EMC, Fujitsu storages.

> Excellent troubleshooting skills, logs analysis & faulty hardware replacements.

> Hands on Experience of Servers / Storages hardware RAIDs configurations.

> Hands on Experience of installing & configuring of Linux (RedHat, SUSE, CentOS) Solaris, Windows Server, VM Ware.

> Able to attend customer calls 24/7 onsite and provide technical support as per SLA as & when required.
