System Engineer

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Troubleshoot & resolve IT issues (phone, tickets, remote)

🔹 Maintain & update systems/software

🔹 Train users & document solutions

🔹 Provide weekend on-call support

🔹 Ensure data security & confidentiality

🔹 Collaborate with vendors for advanced issues

Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

✅ 2+ years corporate IT experience

✅ Knowledge of Windows, Office 2016+, networking

✅ Familiarity with Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP (preferred)

✅ Certifications (Sophos, MCP) are a plus
