💼 Experience: 10–15 years
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in (Supply chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering) or related field
10–15 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with a construction company.
Strong experience in procurement, purchasing, and vendor management.
Proven experience in inventory management and stock control.
Good understanding of construction materials, suppliers, and procurement processes.
Experience in supply planning, material availability, and timely delivery to project sites.
Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage suppliers, purchase orders, inventory levels, and supply chain operations effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement, Inventory control and supply chain operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of construction materials.
Monitor and control inventory levels to avoid shortages and excess stock.
Coordinate with project, finance, stores, and site teams for material requirements.
Evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Maintain proper procurement and inventory records and reports.
Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and reduce costs.
