Structural Design Engineer

Description:

SYSOL Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Design Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and reviewing structural systems for various projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in structural analysis and design of basic elements

• Support senior engineers in preparing calculations and reports

• Help in drafting coordination and reviewing drawings

• Ensure designs follow relevant building codes and standards

• Learn and work on steel structures, including light-gauge / cold-formed systems

• Maintain proper documentation of design work

• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

• Basic knowledge of structural design software and tools

• Familiarity with AutoCAD (knowledge of other tools is a plus)

• Understanding of steel structures and construction methods

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities
