Store Keeper

Description:

Responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing 19-liter water bottles and related supplies, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring safe, timely dispatch to internal departments and customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Issue and dispatch bottles as per approved requests, delivery routes, or sales orders.

· Receive incoming stock (19-L bottles, caps, dispensers), check quantities, report any shortages or extra items, and coordinate with the delivery team for returns (empties).

· Arrange and stack bottles properly to avoid damage and ensure safety.

· Prepare delivery challans and keep stock records updated.

· Keep track of full and empty bottles, including deposits and return slips.

· Maintain the storage area neat, clean, and well organized.

Requirements

• Education: Intermediate/Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in store/warehouse operations; beverage or bottled-water experience is a plus.
