Sr. Ux Designer

This is a full-time, in-person role. We move quickly, work collaboratively, and value clear thinking and strong product intuition.

What You’ll Own

You will shape the end-to-end user experience across mobile and web. The role requires the ability to simplify complex flows, think in systems, and design interfaces that feel clean, intuitive, and modern.

Responsibilities

- Lead UX for mobile and web products from concept to final delivery

- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship at high velocity

- Design onboarding, core user journeys, social/community surfaces, and growth funnels

- Contribute to a scalable design system and maintain cross-platform consistency

- Support rapid experiments, usability tests, and iterative improvements

Requirements

- 4–7+ years of UX / Product Design experience

- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile + web design depth

- Expert-level Figma skills

- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple user experiences

- Clear communication and strong product reasoning

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

- Bonus: Framer expertise (prototyping, animations, landing pages)
