Job Description
- AI Strategy & Stakeholder Alignment
- Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to design AI strategies aligned with Ezhire’s business objectives.
- Translate high-level business needs into actionable AI project roadmaps.
- Present strategic AI proposals and ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- End-to-End AI Solution Development
- Design and implement AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges, prioritizing scalability, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Select and integrate appropriate models (traditional ML or LLMs) based on problem requirements.
- Maintain responsible AI principles (fairness, transparency, accountability) in all solutions.
- Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and assess their business applicability.
- Prototype and test cutting-edge AI solutions before production deployment.
- Recommend improvements to existing AI pipelines to increase productivity and accuracy.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of AI initiatives.
- Document all AI systems, workflows, and integrations for easy maintenance and onboarding of future engineers.
- Mentor team members on AI tools, development practices, and deployment strategies.
