Description:

We are looking for an exceptionally skilled and detail-oriented SQA Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, functionality, and performance of our web and mobile applications through comprehensive manual and automated testing practices.

 

You will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify issues early, improve product quality, and ensure seamless user experiences across all platforms.

 

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in SQA methodologies, automation tools, API testing, performance testing, debugging, and modern testing workflows.

 

This role is best suited for professionals who are passionate about quality assurance, highly analytical, and capable of independently managing testing processes in fast-paced environments.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing

𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-time

 

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications

• Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and test scenarios

• Identify, document, track, and verify bugs and defects efficiently

• Conduct functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, usability, and performance testing

• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure high product quality

• Perform API testing and validate backend functionality

• Participate in sprint planning, requirement analysis, and QA estimations

• Ensure cross-browser, cross-device, and responsive testing

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts where applicable

• Validate UI/UX consistency and user workflows

• Monitor product quality throughout the software development lifecycle

• Participate in release testing and deployment validation

• Maintain proper QA documentation and reporting

 

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲

• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies

• Hands-on experience with manual testing and automation testing tools

• Experience with automation frameworks/tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar

• Strong knowledge of API testing using Postman, Swagger, Insomnia, or similar tools

• Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Azure DevOps

• Experience testing web, mobile, and responsive applications

• Understanding of databases and SQL queries for backend validation

• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows

• Experience with CI/CD environments and testing pipelines

• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or Locust

• Understanding of browser developer tools and debugging techniques

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

• Basic scripting/programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or Java preferred)

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• Experience working with SaaS, enterprise, or product-based applications

• Experience with automated UI and API testing frameworks

• Familiarity with security testing and OWASP basics

• Experience testing cloud-based applications

• Knowledge of mobile application testing (Android/iOS)

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows

• ISTQB or related QA certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
