Sqa Engineer

Description:

This is an on-site role located in Lahore for a Junior SQA Engineer at Gabasoft. The Junior SQA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring software quality through thorough test planning, execution, defect reporting, and collaboration with the development team. Key responsibilities include manual testing, test case design, bug reporting, regression testing, and contributing to continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA)
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases
• Hands-on experience with manual testing (automation is a plus)
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
