Sqa Engineer

🚀 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐒𝐐𝐀 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 (𝐎𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 - 𝐋𝐚𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞)

We're building a B2B SaaS ERP platform and need a QA Engineer who can take ownership of our testing processes from the ground up.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:
- Take full responsibility for quality assurance across multiple modules
- Test the system continuously during active development
- Set up and manage bug tracking in Jira and Sentry
- Work closely with the development team to process and resolve bugs
- Define and implement testing processes and standards as we establish our workflows
- Collaborate closely with our Technical Program Manager with weekly status updates
- Create and maintain test documentation and test cases
- Perform exploratory, functional, regression, and integration testing
- Validate API endpoints and backend functionality
- Test mobile app functionality across devices

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proactive mindset to introduce and establish new QA processes
- Strong ownership mentality - you'll be THE person responsible for quality
- Experience with Jira, Sentry, or similar bug tracking tools
- Ability to work independently while maintaining close communication with the PM and dev team
- Comfortable working in an agile, distributed team
- English proficiency required

-Currently working with Sentry for bug tracking; transitioning to structured Jira processes
Tech stack: Backend APIs, Mobile App, Web Platform
Distributed team across multiple time zones
