Job Title: Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer
📍 Location: 15th Floor, Al Hafeez Executive, Gulberg, Lahore
🕒 Shift Timing: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented SQA Engineer preferably female candidate to join our growing Software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our web-based applications through both manual and automation testing. This role requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of PHP-based frameworks, and experience with modern testing tools and methodologies.
Major Job Responsibilities:
Perform automation and manual testing of web-based applications to ensure quality and functionality. Maintain detailed test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures to support project requirements. Execute manual and automated functional tests based on analysis and understanding of business requirements. Provide functional testing to ensure features are complete and perform as expected. Create logs and documentation to report defects, test results, and performance metrics. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA leads to resolve issues and improve system performance. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
✅ Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
✅ Experience in both manual and automation testing
✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
✅ Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Other… IT Skills:
💻 Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver or Cypress
💻 Knowledge of programming and scripting languages including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
💻 Familiarity with PHP-based applications (Laravel / WordPress)
💻 Basic knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub)
💻 Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and bug tracking tools like JIRA or TestRail
💼 2–4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) or Testing roles
🧠 Certification in QA or Automation Testing (ISTQB or equivalent) will be a plus
