About the Role:

As an SQA Engineer, you’ll be responsible for testing and validating software applications to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. You’ll work with a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring seamless user experiences in dynamic domains like EdTech, FinTech, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Conduct regression, performance, and usability testing to maintain application stability.
• Validate API responses and ensure seamless integration of backend services.
• Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies and testing trends.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Skills:

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and different testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, etc.).
• Experience with manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Trello, TestRail, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman.
• Understanding of database queries (SQL, Firebase, or NoSQL).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
