Description:
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web and API testing
- Write and execute automated tests for functional, regression, and smoke testing
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and manual QA teams
- Identify, report, and track defects using defect management tools
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Perform API testing and database validation
- Maintain test plans, documentation, and reports
- Continuously improve automation standards and QA processes
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or related field
- Strong experience with automation tools:
- Selenium / Playwright / Cypress
- Experience with test frameworks:
- TestNG / JUnit / NUnit
- API testing experience (Postman, REST Assured)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Experience testing web applications (Angular/React preferred)
- Basic knowledge of SQL & database testing
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
