We’re Hiring – Solar Service & Maintenance Engineer (Operations & Maintenance)

Innovative Engineering C&S (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a skilled Solar Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team.

Location: Karachi / Project Sites
Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in solar PV installation, OEM, or service engineering
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive & corrective maintenance of solar PV systems

Troubleshoot inverters, batteries, wiring, and protection systems

Monitor system performance and handle customer complaints

Prepare service reports and coordinate with OEMs/vendors

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and grid standards


Requirements:

Strong knowledge of solar inverters (Sungrow, Huawei, Solis)
