🎯 Who we're looking for:

→ 6 months to 1 year of sales experience

→ Strong communication skills

→ Someone who takes initiative and owns their targets

→ Karachi-based (preferably near Gulistan E Johar), available for immediate joining

Responsibilities:

° Generate and convert leads across B2B and B2C channels

° Conduct site visits, load assessments, and client presentations

° Prepare customized solar proposals and close deals

° Coordinate with operations for seamless project handover

° Maintain client relationships for referrals and repeat business

Requirements:

° Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in solar EPC sales

° Sound knowledge of on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid systems

° Strong negotiation and communication skills

° Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
