As a Solar Sales Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in accelerating the adoption of solar energy by providing customized system designs, guiding clients through the sales process, and ensuring project satisfaction from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Acquisition: Proactively source, engage, and qualify new potential leads through various channels including direct outreach, referrals, and professional networking.

• Sales Process Management: Develop and present tailored solar solutions to prospective clients. Create detailed proposals, conduct negotiations, and close deals while maintaining client satisfaction.

• Technical Design Expertise: Accurately design and size solar power systems using platforms such as Helioscope, Aurora, Solargraf, and SketchUp to meet customer requirements and site conditions.

• Post-Sales Support: Work closely with project management and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of installations. Provide continuous customer support and ensure long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a closely related discipline

• Solid technical knowledge of solar energy systems, storage solutions, and power system design

• Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging U.S. clients

• Ability to work autonomously, with a self-driven mindset and focus on achieving results

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with solar permitting processes, government incentives, and solar market dynamics in the U.S. is a significant plus
