Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute on-ground activities related to the installation of Solar PV systems

• Conduct detailed commissioning and testing of solar energy projects to ensure optimal performance

• Maintain technical documentation, site reports, and project logs

• Oversee installation of solar structures in line with industry best practices and structural standards

• Perform troubleshooting and quality checks during and after system installation

• Collaborate with site teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timelines and technical requirements are met

Job Requirements:

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. Electrical)

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the execution and commissioning of Solar PV Systems (Mandatory)

Required Skill Set:

• Strong understanding of solar mounting structures and installation standards

• Solid grasp of power systems, particularly within the renewable energy domain

• Expertise in commissioning, performance evaluation, and testing of solar projects

• Excellent on-site documentation and reporting capabilities
