Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Description:

This role requires strong coordination and communication between departments, along with maintaining project documentation, monitoring timelines, and supporting teams to deliver high-quality results within deadlines. The candidate should have experience handling large-scale applications and demonstrate excellent time management and communication skills.

Ultimately, the QA professional will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards. The candidate should also be willing to contribute technically when required to support the development team.

As a SQA Professional at our company, you will:

• Collaborate closely with web and mobile development teams.

• Ensure software development best practices are established and followed.

• Apply industry-accepted testing principles, methodologies, and tools.

• Monitor project timelines and maintain relevant documentation.

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members when required.

• Proactively understand stakeholder requirements and ensure successful delivery.

• Support management with additional responsibilities as assigned.

Our ideal SQA Engineer will have:

• 3–5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.

• Experience working in Agile methodologies, including Scrum.

• Ability to handle large applications and pressure situations effectively.

• Understanding of ERP, CRM, or other open-source platforms is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of backend development is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

• Good knowledge of latest technologies and industry trends.

• Ability to define project scope, goals, and task planning clearly.
