Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:

Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases

Prevent, report, analyze and track issues in an effective and efficient manner

Analyzes requirements for the feature

Working with technical and business requirements

Perform Testing Activities

Hands-on experience in creating test cases/checklists using different test design techniques

Knowledge and experience in bug report creation and following established bug life cycle

Experience with creating simple API requests (GET, POST) and understanding responses

Ability to work with debugging tools, Bug tracking, and Test Management tools

Skills, Experience and Education required:

At least 2 years experience in software testing methodologies, both manual and automated

Experience in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases

Experience testing backend services such as APIs, distributed services

Familiar with test environment construction with CICD

Good programming ability, master at least one of Java, Python, .NET,Automation

Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium or similar.

Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

Good interpersonal, consultative and communication skills

Self-managed, proactive work style and good commitment

ISTQB certification is preferred but not mandatory.
