About the Role
Surge Energies is looking for a creative and result-driven Digital & Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead digital campaigns, craft engaging content, and amplify our brand presence across online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Plan, execute & manage digital and social media campaigns.
✅ Create compelling content (graphics, videos, blogs, reels, posts) for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, TikTok, etc.
✅ Organize & manage online/offline events (webinars, exhibitions, product launches).
✅ Optimize campaigns for ROI, leads & engagement.
✅ Manage paid ads (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) with focus on lead generation.
✅ Collaborate with sales, design & technical teams to maintain brand consistency.
✅ Stay updated on digital trends & renewable energy industry insights.
Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
💡 3–5 years of digital marketing experience (renewable energy/tech preferred).
🖼 Strong portfolio in content creation & event management.
⚙️ Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, HubSpot/Mailchimp.
📊 Knowledge of SEO, SEM, analytics & reporting tools.
🗣 Excellent communication skills (English & Urdu).
