We're Hiring: Social Media Manager — Kinetic Flow
Kinetic Flow, a growing U.S.-based digital marketing agency, is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead strategy, organic growth, Social SEO, and client accounts.
We want someone who thinks in strategy and results — not just content calendars.
What you'll do:
🔹 Build and execute social strategies across TikTok, Meta, Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn for a portfolio of clients
🔹 Apply SOCIAL SEO to boost discoverability, organic traffic & engagement
🔹 Analyze performance data to drive follower growth, reach, and lead generation
🔹 Set creative direction for video/design teams based on insights
🔹 Deliver clear client-facing performance reports
🔹 Be the go-to point of contact for social media strategy & results
What we're looking for:
✅ 2–3+ years as a Social Media Manager (agency experience a plus)
✅ Strong grasp of social strategy, Social SEO & organic growth
✅ Proven track record driving organic traffic, growth & leads
✅ Hands-on experience across TikTok, IG, LinkedIn, Meta & YouTube
✅ Strong analytics, reporting & communication skills
✅ Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment

📍 On-site, Karachi
🕕 6 PM – 2:30 AM | Monday–Friday
💰 PKR 180,000 – 220,000/month (based on experience)
