Social Media Manager

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rawalpindi for a Social Media Manager. With a primary focus on the US market, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for scheduling and publishing content across platforms for both clients and 4Arcs Consulting, managing audience engagement, and developing growth strategies. Daily responsibilities include building content calendars, tracking and reporting on social media metrics, researching US market trends, and coordinating with the content and design teams to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.

Working Hours: 12 PM to 9 PM | Monday to Saturday | Sunday off

Location: In-person, Rawalpindi

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
• Solid understanding of the US market audience behavior and content consumption patterns
• Hands-on experience with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook
• Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent written communication skills in English for community engagement
• Highly organized with strong time management and ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
• Experience in paid social media advertising is a plus
