🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage social media accounts for multiple clients
• Develop monthly social media strategies and content calendars
• Plan and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams
• Write engaging captions and social media copy
• Handle client communication, requirements, feedback, and approvals
• Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience activity
• Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness
• Perform keyword research and implement basic SEO strategies
• Optimize social media profiles and content for better discoverability
• Understand and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Track social media performance, insights, and campaign results
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing practices
• Manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously

🔹 Requirements
✔️ Prior experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing
✔️ Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other major platforms
✔️ Knowledge of SEO, keywords, hashtags, content optimization, and organic growth
✔️ Ability to develop social media and digital marketing strategies
✔️ Experience managing client accounts professionally
✔️ Strong content planning and creative thinking skills
✔️ Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Ability to coordinate with designers and creative teams
✔️ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
✔️ Experience with Meta Ads / Google Ads will be a plus
✔️ Knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools will be a plus
