Position Title: Social Media Designer / Content Creator

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop creative visual content for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Create static posts, stories, reels, and short-form video content in line with brand guidelines.
Assist in planning and maintaining social media content calendars.
Write clear, engaging captions and basic marketing copy for posts.
Edit and optimize videos for social media-focused formats.
Ensure consistency of branding, tone, and visual identity across all content.
Collaborate with marketing, HR, and design teams on campaigns and internal announcements.
Monitor engagement metrics and contribute ideas for content improvement.
Stay informed about current social media trends, tools, and platform updates.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, Digital Media, Communication Design, or related discipline.
