Description:

We are looking for a creative and responsible individual to manage our café’s online presence across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to create engaging posts and reels, design graphics, interact with customers through comments/messages, and handle order-related queries.

 

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and post engaging content (photos, reels, stories) on social media.

• Design attractive graphics for promotions and campaigns.

• Respond to customer comments and messages in a timely manner.

• Manage and track online orders and customer feedback.

• Coordinate with the café team for promotions, events, and offers.

• Monitor social media trends to improve engagement.

 

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop or similar tools.

• Basic knowledge of social media marketing.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
