Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality Reels for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring they align with our brand’s voice and objectives.
• Utilize stock images and videos creatively to enhance visual appeal and storytelling in Reels.
• Edit and optimize video content for maximum engagement and impact.
• Monitor and analyze current social media trends, including popular challenges, hashtags, and audio clips, to incorporate into Reels and other content.
• Experiment with new trends and techniques to keep our content innovative and engaging.
• Plan and execute content that aligns with marketing campaigns and strategic objectives.
• Analyze audience feedback and engagement metrics to refine content strategies and improve performance.
• Adjust strategies based on performance data and industry best practices.
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure cohesive and high-quality content.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one years of experience in social media management or content creation, with a focus on Reels and video content.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar), knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), and familiarity with stock image and video resources.
• Strong creative skills with a keen eye for design and storytelling, especially in video formats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay current with ever-evolving social media trends and technologies.
