Social Media Content Specialist

Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can independently manage our entire social media presence, with a strong focus on LinkedIn. This role requires someone who is both creative and strategic, capable of creating content, designing visuals, writing engaging captions, scheduling posts, and tracking performance without relying on a separate marketing team.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, resourceful, and has the ability to bring fresh ideas that grow our digital presence and strengthen our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the overall social media strategy aligned with company goals.

Create, design, and publish content independently across LinkedIn and other platforms.

Use Canva (or similar platforms) to design posts, infographics, and creatives.

Write engaging copy and captions tailored to the audience and platform.

Plan and maintain a content calendar for consistent posting.

Monitor and analyze LinkedIn analytics to track performance and optimize content.

Stay updated with social media trends and implement creative growth ideas.

Manage comments, messages, and basic community engagement.

Prepare reports on performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing social media independently.

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other major platforms.

Proficiency with Canva (or similar tools) for designing creatives and infographics.

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Ability to analyze performance data and apply insights for growth.

Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage tasks without supervision
