Growth Sync is looking for creative, trend-aware Social Media & Content Creator Interns to join our team and work on content for multiple brands.
What You’ll Do
- Research trending topics, viral formats, sounds, memes, and content ideas
- Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, and social media posts
- Develop creative hooks, captions, scripts, and content concepts
- Assist in managing social media accounts and daily content
- Plan and maintain content calendars for different brands
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar tools
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for brands
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators
- Track content performance and suggest new ideas based on results
- What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
- Creative mindset and ability to generate fresh ideas
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Basic knowledge of CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
- Good communication and writing skills
- Willingness to learn and experiment
- Ability to manage multiple content tasks and meet deadlines
- Previous content creation experience or a portfolio is a plus
